How we treat what you share

Our clients trust us with the information that runs their companies. These are the standards every person at Fifty Five 11 works to — before, during and after an engagement.

    Confidential by default

Everything you tell us in a discovery call, intake form or portal is treated as confidential whether or not an NDA is signed yet.

    Least-privilege access

Team members see only the clients and projects assigned to them. Admin access is limited to named Fifty Five 11 staff with two-factor authentication.

    No resale, no training data

We never sell, rent or pool client information, and client data is never used to train shared AI models.

    Return or destroy on request

When an engagement ends, or any time you ask, we return or securely destroy your files and confirm it in writing.

    Your IP stays yours

Ideas, designs, code and data you bring to us remain your property. Deliverables we create for you transfer to you under the engagement agreement.

    Same rules for our partners

Contractors and T.I.D.E. advisors who touch client work sign confidentiality terms at least as strict as ours.

    E-signing, done properly

No accounts, no downloads, no printer. The agreement is generated for your company, signed in the browser, and sealed with an audit record you can verify at any time.

Every signature carries a Certificate of Completion

Signer identity, company, date and time (UTC and Eastern), IP address, browser, the NDA version signed, a SHA-256 fingerprint of the agreement pages, and a private verification link — attached to the PDF and stored in our records.

Built on long relationships, not transactions

Most of our clients have worked with us for years across strategy, technology, lending, AI and product development. That only happens when people are certain their information is handled with care — so we built confidentiality into the platform itself.

    • Client portals with per-person access

Documents, tasks and messages are scoped to the people you approve.

    • Two-factor authentication for every portal

Admin, client and partner logins require a second factor.

    • Private, access-controlled file storage

Uploads are stored privately and served through short-lived, signed links.

    • Audit trail on sensitive actions

Signatures, access changes and deletions are logged with who, when and from where.
